Pause.

There's a fear in hitting pause sometimes. That we are halting our momentum or will miss out on what's around the corner. And like all fears, they are important to acknowledge. But what about the fear of burning out? Of depletion? When your body is tired, it can be a sign that it's already worn down. By taking at least 15min a day to hit pause - physically - you can restore those levels before they are empty. Trust that your energy will be there for you when your ready to hit play.
