Professional Summary

I'm a physical theatre creator, kinesics specialist, trauma-informed educator, and arts activist. I am here to help individuals unlock and communicate their physical narratives. I work as a consultant to theatre companies, arts programs, and creative organizations for body language awareness and specificity in movement. My focus is to cultivate kinesthetic awareness thereby amplifying empathy with those involved.

As an entrepreneur and producer, I work to streamline, innovate, and implement policies and structures across the organizations in which I'm involved. I collaborate closely with leadership to define future strategies and create processes to achieve them.

Core values in my work include setting clear intentions, creating an active equitable space, and focusing on a healthy process.
