Self-love. It's more than a mantra or taking a bubble bath. It starts with a verbal appreciation of your physical being and continues into providing your body with the awareness and wonder it deserves. • I know that my body changes daily and it can be easy to criticize those changes. But what if we use those changes as a chance to rediscover our relationship with our bodies? Maybe our feet move a bit slower with lethargy, but instead of resenting that tempo shift, perhaps it is offering an opportunity to notice our breath instead. Maybe our physical shape has been altered by choice or circumstance, but instead of wishing it otherwise, perhaps it is offering an opportunity to notice new gestures in your body's language. • "Putting yourself first" doesn't just refer to your relationships with others, but in your relationship with yourself. Your body listens to what you say - choose your words wisely.
