Seize Your Space

Expansion. Sometimes it can feel easier to retract rather than extend. But there's a resentment that can build up, internally, when our relationship to space feels more like constraints than extension. On those days when we feel claustrophobic in our own skin or want to retreat, how can we find ways to seize our space?


Think of your body covered in paint as you go about your day. How can you expand to fill the entire space with paint as you move, walk, sit? What space around you would be painted?


Your imagination takes its cues from your body. By expanding our physical body, we can in turn give our internal self more space to feel free.
